Answers to our most Frequently Asked Questions: 1. I think I won, how do I collect my prize? If you win a prize from FreeLotto, you will receive an e-mail with the subject line: "First Name, Last Name, YOU HAVE WON!" Everyday you will receive a RESULTS EMAIL. This message will list the games you played, the numbers you have matched, and the amount, if any you have won. The FreeLotto daily results email is the sole notification of any prize winnings and prize winners must claim any prize by following the instructions within the FreeLotto daily results email. In a typical month we process in excess of 25,000 prizes ranging from $1.00 to as much as $10,000,000.00. If you receive a notice that says PENDING next to your name it means that you can win that prize "pending" the submission by you of a winning entry in any future FreeLotto drawing. It does NOT mean that you won a prize. Like any lottery or lottery style free sweepstakes, you have to play to win. When you play FreeLotto you will receive a PLAY CONFIRMATION message. This message will have a subject line that reads "FreeLotto Confirmation "TSN" ########". The PLAY CONFIRMATION message will contain your Transaction Serial Number which you will need to provide when you win a prize. In summary: 1) You can't win if you didn't play, and 2) If you won it is your responsibility to claim your prize in accordance with the RULES. 2. What are the prizes for the FreeLotto(R) Games? Game 1: Classic FreeLotto(R) 1,000,000 Jackpot Grand Prize - $1,000,000.00 - Match 6 of 6 numbers Second Prize $300.00 - Match 5 of 6 Third Prize $5.00 Match 4 of 6 Fourth Prize $1.00 Match 3 of 6 Game 2: Win-a-Car Grand Prize - Luxury car worth $50,000 - Match 6 of 6 numbers Game 3: Pay-Off-Your-Mortgage Grand Prize - Mortgage paid off or $100,000 if no mortgage Match 6 of 6 numbers Game 4: Fastcash: $10,000 Grand Prize - $10,000.00 - Match 6 of 6 numbers Game 5: $100,000 GiveAway Grand Prize - $100,000.00 - Match 6 of 6 numbers Game 6: Superbucks Grand Prize - $10,000,000.00 Match 7 of 7 numbers 3. How do I Play? You can play all six games once each day. Just pick your numbers in each game and register your Freebet(R) by clicking on a banner or answering a question to the right of the gameboard. After you play FreeLotto(R), you become eligible to play the supplementary games: FreeLotto(R) Win a Car, FreeLotto(R) Pay-Off-Your-Mortgage, FreeLotto(R) FastCash, FreeLotto(R) $100,000.00 GiveAway, and FreeLotto(R) SuperBucks. For additional information, click on "Rules" at the top of our website. 4. What is a TSN (Transaction Serial Number)? A TSN [Transaction Serial Number] is issued each and every time you play a FreeLotto game. As the name implies it is the play transaction that generates the TSN number and the TSN number is required to claim your prize. Each time a customer plays we send a play confirmation containing the TSN. Customers are able to see their TSN for the past thirty days on our website. 5. What is a PIN number? PIN numbers are a unique algorithmically generated secure identifier of each FreeLotto member and are used so that when prizes are won, we are certain to issue the correct prize to the correct winner. Please do not confuse your PIN number with a TSN which is generated each time you play a game. 6. Am I eligible play FreeLotto? FreeLotto is available worldwide - with a few exceptions: Florida, New York, Puerto Rico, Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Quebec, and Sudan. Niue, Iraq, Guinea, Niger, Cameroon, Uganda, Nigeria, Zaire, Ghana, Tonga, Morocco, Hungary, Yugoslavia(Former), Nepal, Sierra Leone, Algeria, Gabon, Pakistan, Bhutan, Antarctica, Laos, Ukraine, Romania, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Macedonia, Former Yugoslav Republic of, Egypt, Tunisia, Dominican Republic, Ivory Coast, Armenia, Vietnam, Tanzania, Togo, Grenada, and Indonesia. Void where prohibited. 7. Why is FreeLotto not available in these places? First, in some cases FreeLotto is not available because the US State Department does not permit us to do business in certain countries included in the "Trading with the Enemies Countries" list. In other cases, we do not have advertisers wanting to reach those places. Finally, in other cases the costs to comply with local regulations are prohibitive and thus exclude these places. 8. I am an international player. Can I play FreeLotto? FreeLotto is an advertising supported business and in the current advertising climate in your country there is insufficient interest in advertising. In the interest of accommodating our current players in the countries affected by this, we will continue it make our F.A.S.T service available to you for a nominal fee. There is an alternate Free Method of Entry. International Players outside the United States and Canada may submit entries at no charge by sending a self-addressed envelope to: PlasmaNet Inc. c/o FreeLotto.com INTL. PO Box 4562, Grand Central Station New York, NY 10163 along with your FreeLotto Username, name, address, city, state, zip code, email address. PlasmaNet Inc. will then send you, by mail, an authorization code, along with instructions on how to submit your entries at no charge. All authorization code requests must be completely hand written. No mechanically addressed envelopes will be accepted. Each authorization code is good for access to the FreeLotto.com website for a 30 day term where you can submit your entries at no charge. Please send one authorization code per self addressed envelope per person per 30 days. All prize winners will be required to claim their prize as per the instructions within their FreeLotto results email. 9. Why am I not receiving my Confirmation e-mail and what should I do? If you received an onscreen confirmation including a Transaction Serial Number but no e-mail confirmation, there may be a temporary delay in the communication between e-mail servers. If you never receive e-mail confirmations, there may be an error in the e-mail address you gave us. (See change of address below) Also from time to time, some e-mail services are unable to deliver all of the mail they receive. However, this is not a problem. You can always retrieve the TSN for any game played in the last thirty (30) days in the "See the Results" section on our website. This is important because you will need your TSN to claim any prizes you win. If you did not receive an onscreen confirmation after placing your Freebet(R): a. Make sure your Freebet(R) gets registered. You must click on one of the advertiser's banners or answer the question to the right of the gameboard in order to register your Freebet. Look at the top of the page. Wait for the clock to stop turning. Your TSN will appear. Play the next game. Do you see the number of games left to play decreasing? It tells you, after your first Freebet of the day, that you are 2 games away from playing FreeLotto(R) SuperBucks then 1, etc. b. Sometimes an advertiser's page covers the entire screen and obscures our confirmation information. If that happens, put your cursor at the top of the advertiser's page and drag the top of it a little lower to reveal a turning clock. Wait for the clock to stop. A confirmation # will appear as well as a Click2Win(R) button. Click to proceed to the next game. 10. Why am I not receiving my Results e-mail and what should I do? Important: An e-mail from FreeLotto can be worth as much as $10 Million and it is your responsibility that your e-mail address is up to date to receive messages from us. If you play FreeLotto, we will always send your Results, but we are not responsible for your e-mail service provider delivering them to you. In an effort to make certain that everyone receives the Results, there is a place in the "Edit Player Profile" section on our website (see menu on top) where you can register an alternate e-mail address. By doing this, we will send you Results e-mails to both e-mail addresses. If you have played our games you are subscribed to receive the results e-mails. We send them out each night after the drawings. If you are not receiving the Results, there may be a few reasons why: a. Some companies (work places) block all game e-mails. b. Some e-mail providers block multiple messages arriving to a mailbox at the same time. c. Some e-mail providers block all messages from particular domains. d. Some players have accidentally blocked e-mails coming from winners@freelotto.com. Please check the filter setting in your browser. One easy alternative is to sign up for a free Internet e-mail account, such as Yahoo or Netscape. It is easy to change your e-mail address with FreeLotto(R) by clicking on 'Edit Player Profile' at the top of our gameboard page. Now you can see your Results and the numbers you played for the last 30 days, as well as your Confirmation numbers (TSN). Simply visit our website at www.freelotto.com and login with your username. Click on "See the Results" near the top of the page. Then choose the date you would like to view, and you will see the Results and the numbers you played, as well as your TSN numbers. 11. How do I unsubscribe from FreeLotto e-mails? Each e-mail we send includes a description of the simple unsubscribe process to enable you to stop receiving future e-mail of that type from FreeLotto(R). You may unsubscribe from each such e-mail type this way. For example, unsubscribing from a daily results e-mail will result in you no longer receiving the daily FreeLotto(R) results by e-mail. You may, however, continue to receive other types of e-mail to which you can unsubscribe in the same fashion. If you wish to stop receiving e-mail results from PlasmaNet and FreeLotto.com you can quickly and easily unsubscribe yourself. To do so, open a 'Results' e-mail and scroll down to the line that reads: "If you prefer not to receive the results by e-mail, please click below to unsubscribe" and 'click'. If you wish to no longer receive any e-mail from FreeLotto(R), simply visit the Edit Player Profile page of our website and click on the box "I no longer wish to receive any emails from FreeLotto(R)". If you unsubscribe from all e-mails from FreeLotto(R), you will no longer be eligible to play FreeLotto(R) and win. If you play FreeLotto(R) subsequent to unsubscribing from all e-mails, you are giving PlasmaNet Inc. definite permission to resubscribe you to all mail types and your subscription to receiving email results and other promotions will be automatically reinstated. This is necessary because of the substantial amount of money you can win. Your prize notifications are sent via email and it is important to respond to these emails to claim any prizes won. Furthermore, it is the sponsor that makes FreeLotto(R) prizes possible and in order to play our games you must agree to receive our sponsored messages. 12. What is the F.A.S.T. Subscription Service? FreeLotto(R) F.A.S.T. is a subscription service which is the best way to ensure that you never miss a chance to win every day. With your FAST subscription, your numbers are played in all six games automatically daily, and we automatically check your numbers for you. You never have to worry about forgetting to play or losing a ticket. When you win, we even automatically process a prize claim for you, ensuring that you receive your prize. You will be charged a service fee for 30 days. The service charge will be renewed every 30 days. 13. I have a question regarding my FAST account. What should I do? Please write to FAST@FreeLotto.com and one of our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you in addressing your FAST inquiries. 14. How can I change my mailing address or e-mail address? You can easily change this information by clicking on "Edit Player Profile" while you are on our gameboard page (after you login as the username you wish to change). Follow the instructions. 15. I forgot my password. What can I do? The only reason you would need this information is to edit your player profile or to play from a different machine. a. To Play: You don't need your username or password to play. Simply click on the button that shows your username. You can also open a results e-mail and click on the line near the bottom that includes the words "LottoPicker/Login" which will bring you to the FreeLotto(R) game. That will display your username. b. To make changes to your Player Profile: First login, then click on "forgot password" and your password will be sent to you automatically. If it is not sent to you shortly, you may have entered the wrong username. Please be aware that your username and password are Case Sensitive. 16. How can I see previous results? You can click on "See the Results" at the top of the gameboard page, scroll down below the current results and choose the date you would like to see. 17. I won. How can I claim my prize? In the body of your e-mail, please include your first name, last name, address, phone number, and birth date. If for some reason you have not received the results, send a new e-mail with the information described above to PrizeClaim@FreeLotto.com . You can also see your Results from the menu bar at the top of our FreeLotto(R) website as well as your Confirmation numbers (TSN) and the numbers you played. You will also see how many numbers you have matched to the winning numbers. Click on "See the Results" at the top of the gameboard page. Then choose the date you would like to view. Your prize claim e-mail must be received by us within 30 days of your win. For complete instructions, please click on 'Rules' on the menu bar at the top of the FreeLotto(R) website and refer to Rule #7. Once you have properly submitted your prize claim, this is what will happen next: Game 1: Classic FreeLotto(R) Grand prize $1,000,000 winners (6 of 6 match) and second prize $300 winners (5 of 6 match) will receive a letter by mail from PlasmaNet, Inc., with a winner's affidavit and publicity release. Fill in the information needed, have the affidavit notarized, and mail it back to us. Third prize $5 winners (4 of 6 match) and fourth prize $1 winners (3 of 6 match) will receive an e-mail to confirm that we have received and processed the claim. This e-mail will give you an option to either receive a check for your win, or to donate it to one of twenty three (23) worthy charities. If you choose to receive your $1 or $5 win, a check will automatically be mailed to you in about 60 days. Games 2 - 6: Win A Car, Pay-Off-Your-Mortgage, Fastcash, $100,000 GiveAway, and SuperBucks.
